At DiscoveryCampus we value your business.

Eligible Refunds:

 

1. YOU HAVE ENROLLED IN ONE OF OUR ONLINE MODULES AND HAVE NOT ACCESSED ITIf you have enrolled but do not wish to take one of our online modules, we would be happy to provide you with a refund minus our standard 20% administrative fee within 30 days of your enrollment as long as you have not accessed the module. Refunds are made back on to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Please contact our refund department at: REFUND@DISCOVERYCAMPUS.COM

 

2. YOU HAVE ENROLLED IN ONE OF OUR ONLINE MODULES AND CANNOT ACCESS IT BECAUSE OF TECHNICAL ISSUESIf you are having trouble accessing our modules for technical reasons, please contact our support team so that they can work with you to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved we would be happy to provide you with a refund. Refunds are made back on to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. 3. YOU HAVE ENROLLED IN ONE OF OUR ONLINE MODULES AND HAVE ACCESSED ITOnce a module has been accessed (even if not completed) there are no refunds.
